Cecilie Lilleaas
(b. 1991) Cecilie Lilleaas holds an MPhil in Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Oslo, 2021. She was a master's fellow at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies in the same year and also received support from the Oslo Nuclear Project. Her thesis focused on nuclear deterrence, crisis stability, and the risk of inadvertent escalation on the Korean Peninsula.
